went to twist the push rod and it only would turn half way. All the others were smooth.

pull it out its bent.

There is also a wear mark on the side of the valve steam and rocker.

I plan to replace the pushrod and rocker arm. I then plan to rotate the valve so the wear mark is on the bottom.
