The guy is looking at it today, go to start this morning (slightly cold) Turns over then died, it wants to kick over just wont. Drove it the night before and ran great. How can I quick fix. Should I adjust screw for more air/gas on the carb. Im stuck an need help quick.

Maybe u flooded it. Try to pump the gas several times and if that doesn't do it, hold the gas pedal all the way down to the floor and crank it to clear the gas fumes. Or it could be that the choke is not working properly and you have to pump the pedal alot to get gas to it. Hard to tell from a posting like this. Make sure it has spark.

If it ran fine before do not start turning adjustment screws. It's probably something simple. These old cars only need 3 things to run, air, spark and fuel. The air should be fine, do you smell fuel in the carb. throat or crank the throttle lever with the air cleaner lid off an you should be able to see the fuel spray mist.

If it's cold again take the air cleaner lid off and see if the choke is closed. Once it's warmed up it should be open fully.

Give us a better description of what it does while cranking, does it just keep cranking without firing, does it turn over at all? Does it not turn over and clicks?

Not sure what you mean by 'died'. Do you have points? have you checked the gap lately? Was the timing set with a light? What was the last thing done to the car?
