Global West Suspensions experience.
I'm looking for tubular control arms for my 1966 coupe as well as the adjustable strut rods. I was wondering if there were people here who have them installed and what they think of them.
Second thing i'm curious about, is which balljoints they use in their arms. I live in the Netherlands and finding replacement parts is okay, but for specialty parts like these, i would like to know if i were able to get them here. Instead of ordering them in the US and get charged alot for shipping etc. I've sent 2 website forms and 1 e-mail to them, but no response yet.
I'm open to suggestions of other brands, the way GWS is handling the contact part, i'm not sure if i want their product.
Thanks.

Thanks for the reply Gun. Good to hear they hold up nicely when driven daily. I still haven't heard anything from GWS, so i looked at an similar kit. Streetortrack also offers a similar setup, even in a kit ($100 cheaper). I've sent them and e-mail yesterday and by the next morning i had all my awnsers. Now that's customer service, so my choice is made. Next month, i'll be ordering a kit there.

I used their whole suspension set up in my chevelle. they use common replacement parts
Only problem with the chevelle is the lower ball joint was for a bel-air/Impala and the ball joint was bigger than the hole in the control arm. They wanted $96 ea. I chucked it up in the lathe and turned it myself in 45 minutes for both ball joints.
Thinking of using their stuff in my 70. It held up well in my chevelle.
