Default 68 mustang Front suspension issues

Hey guys, I am fairly new here rebuilding a 68 302, posted earlier on a few issues I had, got some great help and appreciate it, but now I am on to the next issues. I got the car driving, but when out driving the front end and overall handling just seems terrible. wobble in the steering wheel when braking (bad wobble). I replaced the front shocks already and need to work more on bleeding the brakes. What all is in the front end as far as what I think may be ball joints? Seeing as its an old car, I am sure its due for some replacing of stuff, just not sure what all to go buy.

Most likely you have worn parts and a poor wheel alignment. Check all of the suspension and steering linkage, and replace anything worn. Before you get the wheel alignment, do this-
