Default Suspension and Wheel Questions Please Help

Ok first off i have a 66 mustang 289 and i have a set of wheels from a 98 cobra mustang this is the code on them: f8zv-1007-ab i can't seem to find them for sale anywhere so if you know of anyplace that sells them i would be much obliged, i only need one for a spare.
secondly when i got my car it had some cut springs in it and the tire hits when i turn i would like to get some coil springs that would take it back to either stock height or just about an inch below. i do not know very much about suspension so i was wondering if it was possible to get springs that would make it sit at this height while also being maybe a little stiffer so the car doesn't tilt so much when i turn. basically i want the car to corner better i have air shocks in the back so it does ok but i would like it not to tip so much when i turn, i do not wish to get a sway bar put in so if there is a spring that could have the same effect that would be wonderful. thank you in advance for any of your answers.

I would call John at ORP and see what he says - He won't sell you those GT springs if he doesn't think they will work.

I recommend Maier for all things suspension in the Classics. They have good springs that you can cut to the height you need (they come full length and are designed to be cut to lower ride height).

Those are 700Lb rated springs. They are great for custom track cars.
For a street car, I think that is a little overkill, and if you do want that, you can get them at ORP for about half the price.

They have multiple springs, 500, 600 and 700. And even 700 wouldn't be overkill with the right shock, but you don't need more than 600. Mike was telling me they even run the 600's on their SCCA car. Ride quality is almost entirely about the shock (which everyone cheaps out on in classics), the spring determines "how far" while the shock determines "how fast" when it comes to suspension motion. It's the "how fast" part that determines ride quality and control.

I haven't used ORP myself, but have heard good things. Hard to go wrong either way.
