I am looking into a new gauge kit for my 66. I would opinions from people who have upgraded theirs and what they like and dislike.

I like the analog faces, but it seems like the best price is from dakota digital.

also if any of you know who has the best price on different kits.

I haven't replaced any gauges on my Mustang (yet), but I gave up on most of the other brands in my racecars. I've had so many gauges quit working and such that all I use now is Auto-Meter. Yes, some of their line is getting pretty dated (appearance wise) but they've been rock solid and some of the new lines are pretty cool.

 

I have had the same Auto-meters (oil, temp, vac, volts) in the fastback for almost 25 years and they have been rock solid.

 

im not opposed to going that route. I dont care much about a dated look. after all the car is a 66. i was hoping to get a cluster to replace them all including the speedo and the bezel
