i couldnt agree more about replacing the pad. my buddy had a 73 coupe that he just replaced, or glued a new one on. It looked really corney and you could see the old one. New pads are not that hard to install, just time consuming.
as for the 69 shelby scoops, i have heard that they are good, but the problem is, just like most repo body parts, they dont fit very well, and have large gap in the back of them. i dont know if that bothers you, but if i was going to add a part that diddnt come with the car originally, to make it look as though it did.

Hello,

I have a 1973 Mustang MACH1, and need to replace the dash pad, but could not remove the old piece of the place.
How do I remove the dash pad on my car?
