Staggered and inline radiators

Default Staggered and inline radiators

what is the difference? Is staggered when the tubes are on the opposite sides? Is inline when they are on the same sides?

I guess the term is cross flow?
Mine came originaly inline, so to convert I would need one of those long corrugated hoses?

or buy the flexible chrome hose from the auto parts store . . zip tie it to your lower front frame just below the rad.
