Fuel/ Oil Pressure Gauge

My 69 Grande Oil pressure and fuel gauges are not working. Info I have found indicates to look at voltage regulator and printed circuit board on back of gauge panel. Have replaced both. Still not working. Any thoughts?

did they stop working at the same time?
When did they last work right?

I bought the car with both not working. I installed a New oil pressure sensor and tank float assembly.
