Default New gasket and new rear main seal. Still leaks. Which oil pan for a 1969 Mach 1 351W?

Hello!

I have a 1969 Mach 1 351 W. It is leaking oil and it's dripping right at the bottom of the bell housing. I have changed oil pan gasket (Feel pro) and rear main seal (Feel pro 2 piece).

I recently read that a breather could cause this leak so last week I changed it to a closed crankcase ventilation connected to the the air cleaner.

I think it is the oil pan. Which oil pan (5 qt) do you guys use or recommend for a 1969 Mach 1 with a 351 Windsor?

Thanks.

Depends if you want a larger capacity oil pan, OE...
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=ford+351w+oil+pan

The oil pan gasket for those have, four pieces? Two for the sides, and one for the
front and the back, right? If the oil pan was hit, and pulled just a tad in either direction,
those won't seal 100% depending on how much the pan was bent or warped. SO, they
leak from the front or rear gasket or between where they meet the side pieces... I
hate those... There should be an aftermarket 1 piece so there are no gaps between
each gasket piece. Yeah, there is a neoprene one piece...

And not this:

That is a felpro...

One piece is always better than non-one piece, this includes the rear main. Felpro does offer an HP version of the 351W oil pan gasket, it's a one-piece.

The only reason to do a main two piece is you don't want to have to separate the trans/engine. The problem with the convenience part of it is that in most cases your main will still seep or it won't last long as a two piece.

Thanks for the response!

I use a feel pro one piece now and it's dripping right at the bottom of the bell housing. I have changed the feel pro gasket twice with permatex and rear main seal and the dripping is driving me crazy.

Therefore I´m starting to think it´s the actual oil pan which is not lined up the to the engine block. I´m gonna try a two piece gasket next time, but which oil pan would you buy? This one? https://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/sdk-c9zz-6675-b or https://www.npdlink.com/store/produc...-105453-1.html

Make sure it's not leaking from the back of the intake and running down.
