Hi There!

Recently bought a 64 1/2 Mustang and found the horns don't work. Steering control wiring to relay to horns are good. Horns physically were bad. I removed both covers and sprayed penetrant on internals, let sit overnight, then cleaned both horn actuating points with fine very
fine sandpaper, then cleaned everything up with contact cleaner. Was able to get the left horn working, after a bit of adjusting of the points, but the right horn only puts out a scratching sound from its diaphragm when actuated, so I know there is power going through the actuating
coil because of the scratching sound from the diaphragm. No matter how I adjust it and clean it, the horn does not want to sound off normally. I have done everything I know of to resurrect the horn to no avail. Any ideas to get this horn to work??
