Hi, I am trying to find the definitive head number that would have been fitted to a 1965 A Code convertible, I am rebuilding the engine back to match the original spec and have found a C5AE block and I think that C30E heads were used. Does anyone know if this is correct or what the correct answer is- I have researched everywhere on the internet but not really found anything definitive, even with the C30E heads there are two different volumes 49.2 cc and 54.5. Secondary question whilst I am here, would Ford have used a year 62 or 63 head on a 65 car?
