Default 1968 Mustang Coupe - Brake light and emergency flasher not working

I cannot seem to find what is causing brake lights and emergency flashers to not work. Any advice given is absolutely appreciated.

Current state:
Just replaced instrument panel and added front power disk brakes and added a new power brake switch.
Checked all fuses with ohm meter. All OK.
Headlights and taillights work. Turn signals work (front and back). Instrument panel gauges all lights up but I used LEDs. Hood is off so the hood blinkers are offline.
Unscrewed the instrument panel and checked for broken wires or loose connections to gauges. All fine.
I did not check turn signal switch assembly in steering column but turn signal lever for right side does not return to off (center) position
Heater blower not working.
Replaced both turn signal blinker and emergency flasher blinker.
Turn signals L & R front and back lights work fine.
Emergency flashers don't work
Brake lights don't light up when brake pedal is depressed..

Also, when I put the turn signal on and then push in the emergency flasher, the turn signal craps out (stops blinking).

Thanks in advance.
