Default passenger door window

Ok, this must be the oddest thing ive found on my car so far, on my passenger side door, the window doesn't go exactly all the way up, but pretty darn close. Its to the point where if it rains, the inside won't get wet, but if i wash my car, water will seep in. I know for a fact it isnt the regulator, because i had a friend fix it and it works great. As i was looking in the slot for the window one day, there is a bend in the slot metal that sticks out and stops the window from going ALL the way up. So, my question to you guys out there is: How do you get the window out to fix this problem? I have a book about everything about my car, but somehow, i can't determine between what a rear run retainer is and what lower window stop retaining screws are. If you want pictures, ill try to get some. HELP!

ok, i just noticed this, if you look at my picture, you will sort of see that the window is slanted down a lil bit in the front because of the metal of the slot for the window is in the front part of the door
