Default Driver Window does'nt fit

Hi,

I just bought a 66' Mustang a couple month ago and I have a issue with the driver window. My driver's doors doesn't fit with the body on the upper part so I have a little room between the window and the body. I looked into the door after removing the panel to check the scissors and they looked fine. Since I cannot open the door lock with the keys I have, I think that the door has been changed in the past.

Could someone told me how I can fix that?

Thanks

is it the original door with glass? if its not you may have a fastback window in there, the fastback windows curve toward the top, coupes are in fact different

I think that the door is not the original one. At least, i think that the glass was part of this door because i have a little rust in the metal part which is just attached bellow the glass. But I will check. Basically, in the front part of the glass, it fits well, in the back part, it does'nt.
thanks for the quick answer anyway.
