Checking in
As most of you know, I am moving from the Azores to Texas. My wife and I flew out last Sunday, and were supposed to land in Texas on Sunday night. Well, my wife developed a medical emergency on the plane from Baltimore to Houston, so the plane was diverted to Nashville where she underwent surgery. We spent the week there, than came on home to west Texas today. Our plans are to drive the Mach1 on to Wimberley Texas tomorrow. I will only be on here sparodically because my household goods won't be delivered until mid January. You guys behave yourselves and Merry Christmas.
Thanks guys.....It will take a month or two to get established, but am looking forward to retiring in the great state of Texas. Hopefully, I will be established enough by this Spring to host a get-together for the Mustang owners in the Central Texas area, or maybe even any of you guys from out-of-state. I understand there is an antique show every summer in Wimberley, so maybe we could tie in the get-together with that event. At any rate, I will be attending the Austin Mustang club events, so maybe we will run into each other soon. The wife is really sore from the surgery, but indications are that she will eventually get back to normal.
Hi Glen,
Sorry to hear about your wife, I hope she is better now. As someone else has already said, if you need anything that the good people of this forum can provide, let us know.
Lord knows you helped me a lot with my car Christine.
Getting together in the spring/summer sounds like a great idea, I should have Christine running pretty good by then!
And as for being back in Texas, Welcome Home!!!! [sm=happybounce.gif]
Have a great day!
