Default after market wheels

wutsup everybody its been a long time since ive been here. is there any possible way of fitting 17x9 wheel in my 69? if possible what needs to be done? i have Discs in the front and drums in the rear. i know 17x8 would prolly fit but im not sure of going an extra inch especially when the wheels are also going in the front of the car, and hopefully it wont be b**ch to turn any advice welcome thanks everybody!

Unfortunately, 17X8 is the widest wheel you are going to fit in the front. And, that will depend on the back space and the size of the tire. Throw the 17X9's on the rear, and 17X8's on the front. Or 17X8's on all four corners.
