most big 4 lug wheels look pretty ricey [:'(]

If you switch to 5 lug there will be better wheel choices for your '68

How does a wheel look ricey ? Maybe it's just me but I don't see a wheel and immediately think Toyota or Honda....

i say "ricey" because most 17" and larger 4 lug wheels are designed for the import crowd and look like these....CLICK

when you look for 5 lug, you can get more "classic" designs....CLICK

It's your car so do what you want....Ricey is just my opinion on many (not all) big 4 lug wheels

Also, he said he's restomodding his car....most 6 cyl. restomods end up with V8's anyway so he'd probably switch to a 5 lug at some point

It's pretty easy to make a 68 5 lug. I would do that first. You will have a lot more options after that.

Dude, I saw wheels that look EXACTLY like those ASA AR1s on a 2003 GT with Mustang center caps.... looked pretty good to me. There's definitely a retro look and a modern look.

those ASA's would look G-O-O-D if they were 5 lug and 17x9s (7" is way to skinny for a restomod mustang), seriously dude, switch to 5 lug...what you need to do is get those wheels (in 17x9!!) lowere your car, give it some awesome suspension....and go racing, oh! and dont forget good ol' Ford V-8 power, go for a Windsor stroker motor if you want a small block or go big-block (390 would be best but watch out for those heads, they are extremely constrictive)
