Gotta be over 55 to get a replacement. I have a few years yet since Im only 36. One thing I have found that helps and doesnt hurt the stomach so much is a herbal supplement. Its called Phenocane, you can mail order it from the place I get it. It lets me work two days out of the week, rather than being unable to walk at all. Doesnt eliminate the pain, but sure helps alot. Best part is no side effects at all, you could try it.

Also try MSM for about 3 months and see if anything improves, I just started it so I havent noticed a change. If you only have one knee bad, consider yourself lucky, both mine are gone!! I should have a blue handi man sticker soon []

OMG, I don’t know whether to cry or to laugh in despair. I can't imagine anything worse. But the bright side of things is when she's done and you have all the pics for a before and after, you outta win some kind of Grammy or Oscar out of it... hahahah Best of luck!

I can imagine worse, had a 72 Cougar that my first 4V Cleveland came out of, it wasnt driveable because it was saggin so bad in the middle it touched the ground. You could see through the doors, the floor, the roof, the cowl, well there wasnt a unrusted panel on it. The engine trans were rebuildable, so all was good. One less Cougar though.
