anyone know a good product to bring my top back to like new?

I've heard good things about this stuff called "Raggtop".. not sure where to get it though

its black but looks kinda like a faded black now ....and it has spots on it (acid rain or road chemicals...i assume)
i used a vinyl cleaner and armor-all but dint seem to help a whole lot

are the spots caused by tree sap? the dam trees in my area have left 4 spots on my top. that raggtop takes them out temporarily, but for some reason they come back after awhile
