my rear windows wont move unless i push them up or down while hitting the switch, whats my problem?

Bearings have gone out in the motor. You can get new ones for like $10 shipped on ebay. Take the motor out, and replace them in like 10 mins and save yourself a bunch of money. Just take the cover off the gear section of the motor, you should see the old ones that have gone bad, and just replace them. There are three bushings per motor.

ive taken all the plastics out and could not get to it, ill try again 2 morrow
