Cloth seats vs leather
My new to me 2014 convertible has cloth seats and I'm not a big fan of them. I have an opportunity to get a set of leather seat cover take off from a 2013 convertible. Question is, will they fit? I have the power seat on the drivers side and the manual adjust on passenger side. Is it possible to add seat heat? I do not have seat heat with the cloth seats. Thanks for your help.

This isn't a specific issue to the convertible. You'll get a stronger responses by posting in a more active forum. I'll try to address / answer the multiple things you mentioned:
The 2013-2014 seats did not change. I would be surprised if the covers were different between manual / power models.
The only chance you have to add factory heat would be if you have the button on the center stack - but if you had that then you already have the technology / comfort package. There are aftermarket seat heat units but I would advise you to be very cautious about going down that path. I do know some members here have gone that route.
The "leather seats" are actually only leather in the middle panel. The rest is, unfortunately, a quality fake leather. Ford hides this, which I find insulting.
When it comes to stuff like this my personal view is to stick with what you bought until you can afford to get what you should have done to begin with. Aftermarket heat and poorly recovered seats will turn away future buyers.

2013 covers should fit the 2014, I don't think there was a change between the model years. You can add an aftermarket seat heater relatively cheaply, and those who have done it say it works just as well if not better than factory. Especially easy once you have the fabric stripped off to put the leather on.
OP, if you go that path try finding one with adjustable settings. It drives me crazy that the factor seat heaters only have one setting: charred.
Bob,
The back seats on the convertibles that came from the factory describes as "Leather appointed seats" don't even have any leather on the seatcovers at all. Very few people know this and your Ford salesperson sure isn't going to bring it up.
WET seat heaters are great.
