hey im new here...and am scheduled to paint my car in about 2 weeks

i wanted to know if anyone had a paint code for the new color of the '04 mystichrome or the fire red mettalic, i think its called...and any pictures would be appreciated too!

I don't know the code for that chrome paint... all I know is it's expensive.

Dude just to let you know the chrome paint is very expensive. I talked to the paint shop at my ford (very good friends of mine) and they told me it was $302 a quart. I am not sure how many quarts it is though. but i am going to the dealer on monday so i will get you the paint code for they chrome paint.

i have to check with my shop, all they said to me was any colour a dealer has, ill do it for $2000, but he will probly change his mind if he hears the price...but if someone can get me the code for the chrome paint that would be great...

and if you can get that quote from him in writing you can have the chrome paint at that price... all you would have to do is take him to court.... just an idea... if he's stupid enough to write and sign a price out on any ford factory color... then take him... and if you're not happy with the job he does... go back and see the judge... he'll help you out. A quote is a quote... and if you have it done within a specified time... the quote MUST be kept.

 

Sounds like a good idea but i doubt he would be dumb enough to sign that quote, but it's worth a try.
