You can heat it up with a hair dryer and then take some fishing line and slide it behind the sticker to help peel it off. Then use something like goo-gone to get the glue off.

Easy as that. On my truck i had a dealer sticker and han no intesion on taking it off, but it sat in the sun fora couple of hours, and BLAMO! The damm thing was half off so i just pulled it off. The glue since it was so hot rubed right off
