I agree with anyone who says Armorall is garbage because as a professional detailer I am here to tell you that is absolutely true. That stuff will cause your interior to fade and crack. Use the interior cleaner protector fro 3M or Meguiars has several good ones especially with UV protection in it. try those products out.

 

yes armor all does take off paint...i have never heard about it happening on the inside...but working at a carwash i have seen it happen on the outside....

 

it seems like your paint wasn't exactly in good shape to begin with; however armor all SUCKS THE BIG ONE. never use it on your interior; meguiars is the way to go.

 

I guess ill find a place in the garbage can for the armorall wipes i just bought... wanted to give em a try, but no more...

 

...There you go, that is the first step - the garbage! Now please refrain from ever purchasing that crap in the future. You'll feel a lot better, and your interior won't fall apart.
I was working on a customer's car that came in once, for an odor elimination treatment. She had a bottle of those wipes sitting on the front seat. I was contimplating throwing those away 'for her'
