Yes you can get it at a local parts store. Go get one and just read the directions. Its very easy to use and you dont have to worry about making any mistakes. Results are awesome. Good luck.

spray the detail spray (use lots, it's needed to lube everything up) and run the clay over the paint. rotate the clay bar often, you'll figure it out once you start.

There's a video that you find very helpful -- scroll down the list to the Clay Bar reel at http://www.mothers.com/reelworld

They wont be hard to keep clean as long as you dont neglect them. Polish the whole wheel, not just the lip. They will look good all the time.

I'm going to guess the whole wheel is clearcoated?

Wash them with a strong car wash solution regularly -- I like to do that before washing the entire vehicle, but make sure the wheels and brakes are cool -- and use an old wash mitt designated for that purpose.

When necessary, I'll spray something like Mothers All Wheel Cleaner or FX Wheel Cleaner on the mitt and wipe -- spray directly on the wheel when necessary and avoid other surfaces. Then I'll give a rinse with soapy suds and a strong hose rinse.

Use a good synthetic wax for protection, or a spray wax or instant detailer as you like -- anything to help. Sometimes I'll take shortcuts with my SVT on weekly washes, but at least once a month I'll do a good cleaning of the wheels and tires.
