Every time I wash my car (o3 gt dark mineral grey) I get hard water spots( I live in an apt.).Is there another way to wash my car so I dont get the spots or should I just take the car to the car wash in stead(It's A by hand car wash) also how do i get rid of tree sap.

Are you using a chamois to dry your car? If you do, you shouldnt have water left on your vehicle to spot...

If it's not real heavy....... B&T remover works great. Now, get that stuff off of there, before it mars the paint.

By hand car wash would probably be best. Clay bar works wonders for removing crap off your clear coat.

or you can try goo-gone on the tree sap

definitely wash your car by yourself it should be a joy to keep it clean but I can also understand that not everyone shares the same passions...

anyways make sure you use a chamois or one of those terry cloths (i hear work well) but dont know how they differ from a chamois. You can grab a good chamois though for like $15 and when you dry your car with it make sure you continuously ring out the water so it soaks up water nicely. If you do this your car will be spotless of water mineral marks guaranteed.
