Just wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions for a conversion kit. This is for an 89 mustang. The one that i want to purchase is aroundd $379.00 this kit only includes the axles, rotors and drums in order for me to change from a 4-lug to a 5-lug. I looked around for pricing and other places were giving me prices as high as $800.00! What I want to know is do I need more than the axles,rotors, and drum kit? the guy that wants to sell me the kit says this is all i need and i will only spend around 2 hrs on labor. Or do i need to buy more items in order to do the conversion all I am intrested is trying to get a better selection of rims. Dont want to get ripped off!!!!

 

That's all I can think of that you'd need, or at least all the basic parts. As for the 2 hours I don't know about that, maybe in a shop with air tools and a lift.
