what would be best for my car. ill have a new pic up sometime soon. i got rid of the finder trim and lowered it a little. i like chrome bullitts but am not sure if i will want 17 or 18s. anyone know what would look best? and i dont want to loose that much acceleration because i dont have much to begin w/, so nothin to heavy.

 

anything chrome will slow your car down, bc it is heavier. if u want the shine then go with polished aluminum, you just have to clean them constantly as opposed to chrome. in my opinion some 18" chrome saleens would look awesome on your car. get some of the guys over in the chop shop section to chop some diff wheels on your car and see what you think.

 

its very possible that its wrong but at mustang tuning when you look at the weight of the wheels, the polished and chrome ones are the same....its probably wrong cuz i thought chrome was heavier too.

 

Mine are polished aluminum an there as light as my stock wheels. Good thing about polished aluminum is that if you have curb damage or if the wheel (lip) gets bent you can have it fixed an then buffed out like new, if you mess up a chrome rim your pretty muched screwed, look at my wheels they look chrome, but their polished, light and I get compliments all the time.... for your car I wouldnt go with chrome bullits, maybe some saleens or cobras...
