Default waterspots

what is the best way to get rid of waterspots that are on your side mirrors? I have tried all the glass cleaner and still the same. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

I put a coat or two of rain-x on them after cleaning them. It tends to keep the water from staying on the mirrored glass very long so the water spots won't occur.
