Default Convert leaking in carwash??

I have a 2004 Convertable GT and i went through a carwash that have very strong jets that hit the side of the car. Both sides leaked in the same spots. Is this normal with high presure carwashes or should I get a new top and/or seal. The car only has 23000 miles on it and it would seem strange the top would need replaced already. Top will not leak when its raining btw.

thanx guys

Well I for one would NOT take a vert through a carwash!!
Just a wild guess but I bet it says in your manual not too!!??
I always wash mine by hand
It dosen't take all that long plus it gives you a chance to inspect
the body,paint and tires.

almost all verts will leak in a car wash. i would never take mine through a auto wash. always by hand. i can almost guarantee that it leaked in the corner where the top and the windshield meet, or in the bottom corner of the 1/4 window.

No way do you ever take a Vert into a carwash. Read your instruction manual, it even says not to take it in there!

All rag top verts will leak in a car wash. Stay away from anything high pressure.
