The polishers that are $15-$30 are only good for putting on wax or sealants. You cannot do any paint correction with them because they do not have enough power. If you want to do paint correction and remove scratches and swirls you must get a high speed orbital polisher or a rotary polisher. The rotary is only recommended for people with a lot of experience, otherwise you can burn up the paint very easily.

The Porter Cable is probably the best machine quality wise and for the money. It is totally worth the investment.

I've got a Porter Cable and I use it on my car. I'm a beginner and i've found that its a pretty cool toy. I was kinda scared to use it myself but have no complaints.
I read alot of posts on the net about it before i got one. There are several ppl that use these and can get really good results. The thing i like most about it, is that
you cant burn your paint. U can also use it for cleaning carpets(with the right attachment). Get one and you'll be happy with it. Orange pad- compound, White- polish,
Blue- finishing.= pad colors.

The Porter Cable package deal is $165. That includes the Lake Country backing plate, white pad, orange pad, and gray pad. Yes you can use it to apply Zaino. The orange and white pads are for applying polishes. The gray pad is for applying sealants, waxes, and glazes.

Anydody have a good method on gettin those tiny little scratches out. I realize i cant get them all out but i have alot of them and i buffed my car and it still looks like the same amount of scratches are in my paint.

Like Juztang said ~ we need a bit more information to help provide a possible solution.
Are you using a machine for corrections or are you doing it by hand?
Do you want to correct, or, fill the defects?
Give us some more info about the car and your methods.
Some pictures would also help.

A good method would be to use a random orbital polisher (read Porter Cable) with a combination of pads and compounds / polishes to correct the defects.
Top it off with a good sealant and possibly a carnauba wax as a topper.

What sort of Zaino products are you thinking about applying with a PC?
I would not use a PC to apply any of the Zaino sealants like Z2 (pro) or Z5 (pro) as you would waste too much product.
Zaino sealants need to be applied in THIN coats.
