bumper cutouts

is it possible to cut the base rear bumper to make dual exhaust cutouts, basically a replica of the GT rear bumper? if so what kind of stuff would i need, or is there a tutorial on how to do it online?

it is a great how to but still doesnt look n e thing like the gt bumper, i wouldnt do it and i thought hard about it when i got my duals

the shop that painted and mounted my hood scoop said that they could do the dual exhaust cutouts
