Default repair or replace?

Well I was backing out of a driveway when it was pitch black, pouring rain with a tinted rear and I backed over a lawn rock on the end of the way. Is there a way to fix this (i can get my hands on a buffer and anything from an autoparts store thats about it) or just buy a new sideskirt.
Also where would be the best place to buy a replacement so I can figure a price range.

Is that a crack or a scratch?

It looks like a crack. Ideally youd replace it. Go around to your local body shops and see what theyd charge to repair it. You might be suprised at how little that might actually cost.
