Gauge Cluster?
I have a 96 Mustang GT, I installed a set of white face gauges and when I did this I put the needles back in the wrong spot so now my speedometer is off by at least 5 mph. I was wondering if it is possible to fix this or should I just replace them with a new cluster. If I replace the cluster how do I adjust the odometer to match my original mileage. Also will an original cobra cluster work on a GT. Thanks for the help.
Are you sure the speedometer is off because of the gauges or do you have different wheels and tires that may throw it off.
It is fixable - trial and error is the only way I know. My gas gauge reads 1/8 more than what it actually is, but the low fuel light still works right - just comes on at 1/8 tank instead of closer to the E. It just looks like its really, really full when I fill up.
