Headlight dirty

I have an 02 Mustang GT. I had a leak problem with passenger headlight. The inside of the headlight is really dirty and the drivers side is super clean. Any way to make them match?

I had a set of headlights to replace my crappy old ones at a junk yard. The guy goes out in the yard to pull them out for me and comes back and says there was water in them. NFG. Sorry, you have to replace it
