Default Convertible Top Is Spotted

I was detailing my GT today when I noticed that the top of it is spotted. It looks like somebody tried to clean it using somekind of spray and it ended up spotting the **** out of it on one side. Anybody know how to get rid of these spots? The car is in perfect condition except for that part of the top and it's driving me nuts. Any suggestions?

I have not messed with a vert top before.

I have read good things about a couple of products.

Raggtopp.
Example Here.

Aerospace Products.

Thanks, I'll check into it. I really need to get it taken care of if possible, it's quite annoying to have it on there.
