Default Paint Drip Issues

Getting ready to use the PC and do a 3 step polish on my '85, but I have 3 paint drips on my hood/fender area that I would like to get rid of first. These aren't textureddrips, they are smooth with the rest of the paint but they are darker and aboutthe size of a dime (or smaller)- looks as if the paint gun dripped while they were spraying the rest. Why they didn't fix them is beyond me [:@]

So, is there anything I can do to rub them out or blend them in while I polish the finish or do I need to be doing some wet-sanding first [&:]

You might be able to blend them in while you are polishing. I would wet sand as your last resort.

Yep - you were correct Justin. I actually used some Turtle Wax Rubbing Compound first and they rubbed out - then I proceded with the Optimum Compound and Polish steps. Looking good so far - will get it waxed tomorrow night and get the pics!
