search did not reveal anything helpful... unless you know of an earlier post. here's my prob:

I have small pea or bean sized blisters on the paint of rear plastic bumper ('98). This car is of unknown history. None popped or peeled. some feel hard. there are not that many. I don't want to repaint the bumper yet.

any suggestions?

I have access to very small needled syringes and of course xacto blade knives

 

youll have to repaint it if you want to fix it correctly
