Default Is this paint restorable?

I'm thinking of buying a Porter Cable 7424 and all the needed polishers and pads if it will help me restorethe paint on my Mustang. Can anyone tell me if this is beyond repair? It's pretty much all over the car (hood, trunk, panels, doors, etc.)

You've got major clearcoat failure... sorry to say, but it's really time for a repaint.

Sad thing is, likely all that was needed was to wax the car a couple times a year and you'd likely not be faced with this problem.

Thanks Jim D. I bought the car this way knowing I needed a paint job. I thought I'd throw the question out there just in case someone had any ideas if it's restorable. Oh well. Had to ask.

Yeah, that's some hardcore toast. One good thing with single stage, you just get the major league oxidation like mine had.
