my car came with pinstripes and i took them offa while ago. well you can still kinda see where they were in just a couple spots. what could i use to get this crap off?

 

I used a little bit of goo gone on mine(not goof off!--its like acid) and then washed it and put a couple of coats of wax on it.

 

yea, ive used tons of googone. it usually works for me on this kinda stuff but this just isnt commin off

 

try some wd-40 or laquer thinner on it. just make sure you wash it off soon after you rub it on there. or maybe a clay bar would work for it. and then polish/wax back over that area because these methods will strip the wax.

 

i tried the claybar. it might have helped a little but its still kinda bad in one spot. ill try the wd40. ive got a car show commin up this sat and i really wanna get rid of this sh*t

 

paint safe adhesive remover would probably work pretty well.
