i think they came off www.mustangtuning.com or www.ssinserts.com i got them as a christmas present, they are 65 + s&h at mustangtuning. i put them on yself in about 15-20 mins for prep time, install, and cleanup. not a hard thing to do. just make sure you clean the cutouts in the bumper with alcohol or something like that right before you put them on.

Had both and the stainless are the only way to go. Easier to put on and look much better.

I would go with the stainless steel ones. Seems that everyone here agrees with that as well.

I want to get some for mine, but I have silver vinyl racing stripes that I'll be putting on, and i'm afraid it'll clash because the SS is different than the silver stripes I have.

Any thoughts on that? Should I just get silver vinyl ones instead?

I have silver pin stripes with the stainless and it's not bad at all. Just try to find you a piece of stainless and hold next to your stripes.

id say go with the silver vinyl if your doin silver stripes, and maybe (just a thought that came to mind) if your stripes cover some of the letters in your bumper leave em black? i dunno how it would look but it might look good

Hmmm, yeah, I guess I could leave them black.

I'm not too sure. I think when I put the stripes on in the spring, I'll see what it looks like without the bumper inserts and then see what I wanna do.
