Default Detailed my Expedition today (Pics as promised)

This week I mentioned I would post up some pics of my truck before/after using my new "stuff". Spent about 6 hours just on the exterior, with a 2.5 hour rain delay in between. On to the pics:

Yeah yeah, this is a Mustang board so this makes it okay, right?

BEFORE:

AFTER:

Even with the truck dirty it had a good shine to it. Its a daily driver and not garaged kept and has been over a month since last wash. Heres what I did and what I used (Will do interior/engine tomorrow)

Menzerna 4 Steps: (Steps 2/3/4 applied with Porter Cable 7424 and Lake county pads)
1. Auto Shampoo
2. Final Polish II
3. Glaze
4. FMJ (Full Moleculor Jacket)

Blackfire Ploy clay after step 1. Amazed at the amount of contamination that was removed.

Armor All Gel on the tires (Not too impressed with it.)

Stoner Inivisible Glass on the windows, then a layer of TS Clearcoat for longer laster "Rain-X" effect.

Think thats it. Long day in that Florida heat!

Heck of a job! That sure was a chore. Thats alot of vehicle to clean, especially if you're use to cleaning a Mustang!

Looks great. I have a white '05 that could use some attention like that. I guess since it's so big I never feel like doing it, lol.

Thanks all for looking. Yeah its a beast to go through all those steps, but man that Porter Cable just made it fun. If I had to do it all by hand I'd be hurting right about now.

Tomorrow I am doing my wifes black Eclipse and next week finally the Mustang. I will post up each one when done.
