It seemed to work. I ran out of soap and it now on a shelf somewhere.

Rogan: There is the original version andthe now availableimproved version. The newer one hashigher water pressure.

When I lived in New York it worked wonders as long as it was done in the shade. It picked up the dirt as long as you scrubbed with the mit during the soap stage. Unfortunately I am in Arizona now for school and it does not work so well. The water is really hard and it eats at the filter and the air is too hot too... not to mention the almost non existent shade. Basically the problem is the soap and hard water dry on to the car to fast before I can get it with the filtered water. So all in all the results of the product seem to depend on how well you follow the directions and also, and probably most importantly, the climate you live in.

It worked great for me, I have hard water & a black car... only problem I had was if I got impatient and tried to towel dry, it would leave a funny film.

I haven't used it in a year or two. I've recently found better stuff. [8D]
