You can probably buy some yellow stickers that go over your stock foglights to make it yellow off of ebay like a tint. I haven't seen any foglights so far that came exclusively in yellow for stangs.

i havnt seen yellow fogs but i think what you can do is replace the foglight bulbs with the yellow headlight ones
