so i was on a road about 3 weeks ago thaat was under construction and it was geing painted with the white stripes well...the idiots didnt let the paint settle and they opened up the road anyways and i drove on it and got white paint splattered on it. i tried washing and scrubing it off it will not come off! anybody got any tips on how to keep it off

 

lacquer thinner and gloves. It won't hurt your paint.
