Default getting off bondo?

Ok so the guy that had my car before me was hit on the rear quarter panel and tried to do his own home bondo job... i can kinda understand that, its expensive to have body work done. But he got bondo on placesthat there should be. My question is how do you get bondo off of car paint?? without doing damage to the paint?

Thanks,
Matt

You are going to have to sand it off.

you should be able to chip it off with your fingernail or something else stiff and non-scratching. Bondo doesn't stick where it wasn't sanded first.
