Default Bondo or fiberglass?

Im gonna do a minor repair/filling of a dent that i cant pull anymore, its on my rear quarter panel. Just curious as to what would last longer on a job like that, regular old bondo or the bondo fiberglass stuff. it wont be too much filling, maybe quarter an inch thick in the worst spot. i will be sealing and painting it right away. does the rear quarter panel see much flex to it? thanks for any autobody advice.
