Default console conditioner

Just bought a new 07 gt vert. The black plastic on the console (upside of shift area) isa little weather-worn; dealer must've had the top down on the lot quite a bit for show. I used several mild cleaners on it and got it ok lookingbut would like to get it better. I was thinking a vinyl shine product but hate the greasy high-shine.

Thought I'd check here before doing anything. Any ideas?

Armor-All makes a low gloss product which may work.

Regardless of what the dealer did with the car, I can't see how anypart of an '07 would be "weather-worn" in that short of a time period [&:] Make sure you clean it with a mild cleanser first and foremost to get rid of any dirt/grime/chemicals. Then wipe it down with a good interior dressing - I use Silk Shine from Justin at Obsessive Detail. Then if it still looks odd compared to the rest of the plastic in the car I would take it back and look for a new console under warranty. Top up or down, I couldn't imagine that being considered normal in less than a year [&:]
