I've never had anything painted by them but I have heard nothing but bad. They don't bother to take of trim or anything and they justscotch-brite the car down as prep work, then get overspray everywhere and it doesn't take long for the paint to start peeling around the trim. It's your choice but remember that you get what you pay for

I had a friend take his Eclipse to Maaco. The car looked worse coming out than it did before he brought it to them. I would pass on anything that they do. The paint is so low in quality that it may last you a few months. Back years ago Maaco used to be a decent place but now has gone way down hill. Find a local shop around where you live and have them give you an out of pocket price. Alot of times you can talk them into working you in if you don't mind the job taking a few weeks. Normally 3 at the most. Some of the painter will take it on as an off work deal and do it in their off hours. You will get a better job done. Just be careful about using a junk shop like Maaco (CarX, Midas etc..) These places will normally only get your money once before you learn.

Dude, seriously if your paint is that messed up, sand it down and invest in some cans of primer, and flat black spray paint, and murder it out! then save up till you can actually get a descent paint job... thats what I would do lol...
